Non-metallic Pipe Material for Crude Oil Transmission Application

Our team has jsut conluded and submitted our DSP (decision Support Package) report to our DR (Descision Review Board) regarding our study to build a new 50km crude oil transmission pipeline (From Main Gathering Center to our oil terminal). Our design pressure for our new pipeline system is 450 psi delivering a flowrate of 75,000 bbl/d (we already have the existing pumps).

Our DRB memebers told our team to include non-mettalic pipe material as an additional alternative material, in addition to the cardon steel pipe in which we have proposed in our study.

Any of the members in this forum had an experience or heard any Operating Oil Company/Operator who had employed non-metallic transmission pipe (either above or underground installation) operating in the above operating conditions mentioned?

Any information regarding the material specification of the nonmetallic  material used (if there's any) would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
