You may refer to BS 8007 or ACI 350 -R-06 for design of concrete tanks.

   BS stands for British Standard ,ACI American Concrete Association    If you have steel tanks in mind you can search relevant British standard from bsi-global.com.

   Techstreet.com is another site where you can search information regarding any international standard.
