11-13% Cr Steel + Stellite

Hi,

I often find the mention of "11-13% Cr Steel / Stellite" in valve datasheets for seat material. I understand what Stellite means and have checked out the website for Deloro Stellite for more details. But I can't figure out what 11-13% Cr refers to? And how can I know that it is this particular grade that I am looking for?
