Desuperheater Data Sheet

I need to procure a steam PRV desuperheater station. Duty is around 10,000 lb/h from 420psig/400C and also with bleed steam supply - 100psig/265C - - all down to 100psig, near saturated. I prefer to procure as a package, including pumps and need to write a spec.
Does anyone have a data sheet or proforma tech/eng spec for a desuperheater station that I can use as a cheat sheet?
