I believe that all the renowned EPC companies have their own welding procedures and qualified welders.

That's the next question. I think we've settled most of the rest of the engineering issues you've been tasked with.

Not quite. The first question in this batch is whether you have a qualified procedure and welders qualified to do the work. If you do, welding is OK; if you don't it's not. That means you'll need Pnumbers  all the test info required for procedure qualification, which may be a little tricky for the pipe grade. Since SA-105 is listed in the piping codes, you probably have half the work done.
