Dear Sirs,

Our company is seeking an experienced partner to join our team to bid a
Sewage Treatment Expansion project in Taiwan. This potential partner can be
a consultant, system integrator or system equipment supplier as long as he
can meet the qualification requirement below.

Experience in anaerobic sludge digestion system for at least five (5) wastewater treatment plants during the last 15 years. Each digestion tank
shall be at least 5,000 m3 of capacity with the use of bio-gas mixing technology.

This project will include three (3) conventional digestion tanks each with
about 36 m diameter and 12 m height, and other sub-systems include boiler
set, gas burner, gas mixing, gas purification and control, heat exchanger,
scum concentrator.
