List Change Notification

I am going to change the list settings so that I do not have to approve each message before it is sent to the group. Initially, this feature was enabled to ensure that spam does not get sent.

Control of who gets subscribed still resides with me, however, and I haven't had to deny any membership requests yet or delete any incoming posts (this is obviously because pipers are such great people in the first place).

Things can always be changed back if the list experiences problems with spamming.
