Specialty Components

Since we have a fairly good cross-section of industry people on the list, I ask if there are any unique components that are used in your field that may be interesting to others on the list.

The kind of things I am thinking of would include:

-lances (steam/boilers)
-pump suction clean-outs (pulp and paper)
-getters (cryogenics)
-flange drip checks (chemicals)
-eductors/ejectors (steam)

Any other ideas?

If there are enough replies, I'll set up a separate section of the website to detail them and credit the originators. Please provide a brief description if you have any contributions.
